Well-balanced and complex, definitely one of our favourites. The flavor holds a pleasing cocoa character with a clean, sweet, and nutty finish. The sweet citrus acidity is highly flattering to the cup.
Shade-grown in the Penachi region of Peru, a very remote place in the mountains that separate Pero from Ecuador.
The growers' group within the Penachi region has grown to nearly 300 certified organic farms.
